About Me:

Willie Jones, MS-Exercise Science (Sports Nutrition), NASM-CPT, NASM Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, USAW Weightlifting Coach, USA Boxing Coach, MFA, is an experienced Exercise Scientist and Longevity Coach specializing in helping adults 55+ regain strength, improve mobility, and live healthier, more independent lives.

A former NCAA basketball player, competitive Olympic weightlifter, amateur boxer, and bodybuilder, Willie combines high-level athletic experience with advanced academic training in exercise science and nutrition. Over the past decade, he has helped clients recover from surgery, regain mobility after cancer treatment, lose weight, and achieve long-term health goals through safe, evidence-based, and personalized programs.

Willie’s multidisciplinary background — including an MFA from UNC Chapel Hill — reflects his dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence, which he brings to every client interaction. His holistic approach integrates strength training, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and functional movement to help clients thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
